The Sid James Experience played a hot and humid summer gig at Sopley Mill in Bournemouth to celebrate the wedding of John and Nikki.
The groom acted as MC throughout the performance and expertly provided guest vocals on the opening track “Touch Me” by The Doors, returning to sing it again as a finale to the gig. As usual a member of of the audience joined us on stage to provide guest female vocals on Mustang Sally.
Despite being beset by breaking strings, searing heat and lack of cold beer this was a fantastic gig that was enjoyed by all.
